Community Care Rheumatology is located in the state-of-the-art multispecialty medical building on Wellness Way, off of Route 9 in Latham. Our providers, Victoria Michaels, MD, Barbara Nguyen, PA-C, and Marissa Page, NP, offer comprehensive care, including joint injections, for patients 16+ at 6 Wellness Way in Latham.
