Biography

Dr. Jessica Chapman is a rheumatologist at Community Care Rheumatology and Medical Director of InfusionCare of Community Care Physicians. She received her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Concordia University following her degree in pure and applied sciences from Dawson College in Montreal, Canada. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from St. Matthew’s School of Medicine. Dr. Chapman completed her internship and residency in internal medicine at Albany Medical Center in Albany, NY. She also completed her fellowship in rheumatology at Albany Medical Center.

Dr. Chapman was born and raised in Montreal, Canada. She speaks both English and French fluently. Dr. Chapman chose rheumatology because she enjoys solving complex multi-organ medical cases. Rheumatic diseases typically last a lifetime, but Dr. Chapman is dedicated to being in a unique position to follow and help people as they journey through life.

Dr. Chapman is extremely passionate about providing top quality patient care, as well as educating her patients on their diseases and medications. She authors a blog on rheumatology, which can be found online here.
